REFUND POLICY

Quality Issues & Defects: We take full responsibility for any manufacturing defects, quality issues, or damaged products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Custom-Made Products: All Prehistoria products are made-to-order specifically for you using sustainable print-on-demand production. Due to the custom nature of our dinosaur-themed apparel and home decor, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect item choice.

Missing or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives with missing items or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at info.prehistoria@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Timeframe:

  • Report quality issues within 30 days of delivery
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval
  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method

European Customers: Customers in the European Economic Area have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
