1. Agreement to Terms By accessing and placing an order with Prehistoria, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Prehistoria.

2. Products & Services Prehistoria offers custom-printed dinosaur-themed apparel and home decor products. All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand fulfillment through our partner Gelato. Product images are for illustrative purposes, and actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

3. Custom Orders All products are custom-made specifically for you after purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun (typically within 15 minutes of order placement).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required at the time of order
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout

5. Intellectual Property All designs, artwork, and content on Prehistoria are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Our dinosaur illustrations and Japanese-inspired designs are original works. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Accuracy of Information We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability Prehistoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.

8. Shipping & Delivery We fulfill orders through Gelato's global print-on-demand network. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

9. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information. We accept returns only for defective or damaged products, not for change of mind on custom-made items.
